We cover a surplus of activities in residential surveying. Whether you need a Mortgage Loan survey or As-Built for buying or selling your home, a Site Plan for new construction or addition, drainfield location for Health Department Permit, or a line staked for fencing we can walk you through the process and help you stay on time and on budget.
In commercial surveying we deal with all aspects of commercial property in both the private and public sectors. Seeking title insurance for new ownership or leasing, we are highly experienced in completing ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys in a prompt and professional manner. We can service your project from start to finish—Site Plan & Topographic Map, to Construction Stake-out to Final As-Built.
We can complete an array of Boundary Surveys tailored to your individual need, whether it’s for a timber harvest, line fencing, or even estate planning. Working closely with a number of auction companies we have surveyed thousands of acres for property liquidation which at times required tight schedules. From Boundary Retracements for the U.S. Forest Service to rural working farm properties, we have dealt with it—large and small. We are also experienced in completing Control Surveys to support photogrammetry and targeting, flood studies, design and build, construction layout, GPS control for boundary work and geodetic leveling.
